300 posters, 3000 flyers. I hope my colors are not too far off.

Still working on the Blitz event at night. After trying out a billion grey boring photos of the wall in Palestine I pumped into this great image, released under the Creative Commons license by I Timmy on Flick. This will be the inside of a flyer, folded across the middle. My question for all my loving fans, it is too simple?

I'm overloaded with normal work these days and tried to do a poster idea in an hour between meetings, with dismal results.

Got home, ate, played with the kid and sat down again, this time with much better results. It's still in a mockup phase, but I like the direction. The best part about this project is that it gets printed up on A2 sized posters that get pasted all over town.

I've just published the official site for El Calambre a feature film by Matias Meyer. I normally don't do dark sites since they make everything look like a porn or casino site, but in this case the incredible stills from the movie begged for it.

 

Wordpress based site, based on Charlottenburg theme. Uses the new logo I mentioned a couple of days ago. Still waiting for some content and a new picture for the header. But, it allready has a cute cat on the homepage. Visit: www.osloqueer.org

I sometimes see design that is less than good and can't avoid suggesting a better alternative. I guess this is a good thing, but it also means that I have to put my money where my mouth is. Oslo Queer organizes an annual festival in Oslo and their logo and website suffers from neglect:

So I've put together a new profile for them, creating a little symbol thingy which is a cross between a Q, a comicbook speachbubble and a swirl to represent the integration part of the organization. I've selected a new logotext for them, based on the wonderful and free font Miso, with an added stencil effect. And finally I've added some colors to the previously monochromatic palette.

Tomorrow I go to present the idea, so any last comments would be nice..
